Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Scope and Provider

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, formats, and digital content offered by Fabian Feyen, Am Stadtgraben 3, 79539 Lörrach, via the website sorgenwaschanlage.de. By booking a service or using the offerings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2️⃣ Nature of Services

I offer guidance in the field of consciousness work and self‑inquiry. This includes in particular:

  • “Quick Wash” (individual session)

  • “Basic Wash” (small group)

  • „Egolysis™ + Integration“ (Premium Wash)

These formats support your personal development, clarity, and reflection. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

 

3️⃣ Conclusion of Contract and Pricing

A contract is formed when you request a service and I confirm it in writing (e.g., via email). All prices are final prices according to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation). I may change prices and offerings at any time with effect for the future.

 

4️⃣ Payment Terms

Payment is due within the specified period after the invoice is issued. For group formats, payment is generally required in advance to reserve your spot.

 

5️⃣ Cancellation by You

Since fixed capacities are reserved for the formats, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

  • For later cancellations or no‑shows, the full fee may be charged unless you provide a substitute participant.

 

6️⃣ Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal must be sent via email to: steuerrad@hotmail.com.

Note: The right of withdrawal expires early if the service has been fully provided at your express request before the withdrawal period has ended.

 

7️⃣ Liability

Use of the offerings is at your own responsibility. Liability for damages to life, body, or health remains unaffected. For other damages, I am liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No guarantee is given for specific outcomes.

 

8️⃣ Confidentiality

All content from sessions is treated confidentially and will only be shared with your explicit consent.

 

9️⃣ Copyright

All texts, concepts, and materials — especially the Sorgenwaschanlage and Egolyse™ — are protected under German copyright law. Use, reproduction, or distribution is only permitted with my written consent.

 

🔟 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

1️⃣1️⃣ Severability Clause and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lörrach.
