What is the Worry Wash?
A workspace for people who want fast and lasting relief from their worries.
Some people push around big shopping carts loaded with worries — or even entire rock faces. But it doesn’t have to be that way, does it? That’s exactly what the Worry Wash is for.
There’s no positive thinking here and no empty promises. Relief begins the moment a thought is no longer believed to be true.
The quick wash

One specific worry. 45 minutes. Relief.
Worries come in all sizes: tiny, medium, or so big they fill the whole night. They can be about you, other people, your boss, animals, the weather — or even the entire universe.
With The Work™, you can wash almost any worry. We take one specific thought — like under a magnifying glass. For example: “I don’t get any recognition from my boss.”
Then we walk through it step by step. And something surprising happens: the worry loses its power over you. The weight on your shoulders becomes noticeably lighter. Most sessions take no more than 45 minutes.
The Work™ has been used for many years and is scientifically proven to reduce stress. A quick, honest wash for the soul.

Depending on the worry, the change shows up very concretely in everyday life, for example:

This work does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
The Worry Wash is not suitable for people in acute psychological crises or in need of therapy.

Money should never be a barrier to clarity. If you urgently need the Worry Wash but truly cannot afford it, just mention it openly in the introductory call. We’ll find a way that is fair for both of us.
